1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Wryders website and the early-access programme, provided by [Company legal name], [Registered address, Istanbul, Türkiye] (“Wryders”). The Wryders app will have its own terms, which you will be asked to accept when you create an account.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to join early access or use Wryders.

3. Early access

• Joining early access is free and does not create a Wryders account.
• We will invite people as Wryders opens in each city. We cannot guarantee a launch date or that every registration receives an invitation at the same time.
• Features, plans and prices described on this website may change before launch.

4. Acceptable use of the website

• Do not send false, unlawful, abusive or misleading information through our forms.
• Do not try to disrupt, scrape, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
• Respect our community guidelines, which will also apply in the app.

5. Intellectual property

The Wryders name, logo, design and website content belong to Wryders or its licensors. Photos on this site are used under the licences of their providers and show models for illustration. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

6. Paid features

Premium and optional extras are not on sale yet. When they launch, prices, billing periods, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown clearly before you pay, and your statutory consumer rights will apply.

7. Liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Wryders is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that give you the right to apply to consumer arbitration committees or courts where you live.
