Account deletion
Leaving is always your choice.
You can delete your Wryders account or early-access registration at any time. Here is how, and what happens to your data.
Early-access members
To be removed from the early-access list, use the unsubscribe link in any email from us, or write to privacy@wryders.com from the address you registered with. We delete your details within 30 days.
Wryders accounts (after launch)
Go to Settings › Account › Delete account. If you cannot sign in, email privacy@wryders.com and we will verify your identity before deleting anything.
What is deleted
- Your profile, photos, languages, interests and preferences.
- Your matches, likes and favourites.
- Your messages are removed from your side; the people you talked to will see “Deleted account”.
What may be kept for a limited time
- Records we are legally required to keep, such as payment and invoice records.
- Information related to safety reports or rule violations, so that banned users cannot simply return.
- Backups, which are overwritten on a regular cycle.
Retained information is kept only as long as necessary and is then deleted or anonymised. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
